When it comes to concept cars, it’s far and between finding one that will actually hit the market. Sure they have a futuristic feel to them but will anybody actually drive them? Most concept cars now are focused on the new ecomobility trend and tend to incorporate hybrid engineering. Fuel efficiency is still a key issue when it comes to any avid driver though. Besides thinking green, people still want to see less money leaving their wallet and less time at the gas pump. If a car can help you save money it must be worth checking out right? How about if you could live in your car? I don’t mean like your girlfriend kicked you out and you’re sleeping in the backseat of your Hyundai, I mean a real apartment on wheels that’s considerably smaller than any RV. An apartment that’s fuel efficient as well? Yup. Let’s check out the wild concept of the Bufalino.
An Overview of the Bufalino

German designer Cornelius Comanns must have had futuristic nomads in mind when designing this vehicle. This would be perfect for them. From the outside the vehicle appears to be a cross between a golf cart, a camper, and a smart car. This little bad boy has three wheels and instead of a standard steering wheel, it’s equipped with what appears to be bike handles. I wonder if it handles like a bicycle as well? The plaid exterior design is reminiscent of one of those plaid suits from the 70’s and although unflattering, it could fit an individual’s personality. Who that person is, I couldn’t tell you. Here are some other key features of the mobile studio apartment:
• 9 storage units
• Front seat that folds out into sleeping area
• A cooking zone which appears to have a burner
• Basin
• Water tank
• Refrigerator
• Back doors that also function as a place to dry clothes
The only thing it does lack is a toilet and shower but you can’t fit everything onto a tricycle now can you? On the other hand the Bufalino could be used in a variety of scenarios. Instead of purchasing a hotel room while traveling, you could save yourself a great deal of money by spending the night in the Bufalino. Maybe you want to turn some heads at the next tailgate party you attend or maybe the next time you attend a music festival, you would rather sleep in the Bufalino than a tent. These are all just hypothetical situations of course but I think you catch my drift.
Why You Might Want to Sell Your Car
If you’re someone like me, who lives in New York City, then you know that rent around here isn’t the cheapest. I think that goes for any major metropolitan area as well. Regardless, NYC is one of the most exciting places to live and I’m happy to reside here. On the same token, I would like to see NYC become a more eco-minded city. More and more people are switching over to alternative modes of transportation in the Big Apple and I see the Bufalino as another possible alternative. The Bufalino is eco-friendly, fuel efficient, and more importantly cost efficient. The Bufalino may not make it to see the light of day but if it ever does then you might want to sell your car at Big Bucks Auto if you live the metropolitan area. We offer free car appraisal so you have nothing to worry about. Not only would you be helping the environment but you would also be saving yourself a lot of money not having to pay any rent!
